A comprehensive and participatory training process

The training program began in July 2024 and ended on March 1, 2025, with a practical and inclusive approach. During this period, participants received weekly virtual classes of approximately 2.5 hours, in which they acquired key tools for the exercise of community communication.

The facilitators, experts in their respective areas, played a key role in the transmission of knowledge, addressing fundamental topics such as:

  • Journalistic and community writing
  • Communication strategies
  • Social media management
  • Cell phone photography and video
  • Basic graphic design

Each virtual session included practical activities and assignments designed to reinforce learning, allowing participants to immediately apply what they learned in their local contexts.

A final project to consolidate learning

As part of the formative process, each student developed a communicative communication product reflecting the skills acquired and their application in community communication. This final activity allowed them to demonstrate their creativity, commitment and the importance of communication as a tool for territorial impact.

More than a course, a learning community

In addition to technical knowledge, this training fostered the creation of bonds of friendship and cooperation among the participants. Harmony, teamwork and a sense of belonging were fundamental pillars of this process, strengthening the commitment of the community communicators to their territories and communities. were fundamental pillars of this process, strengthening the commitment of the community communicators to their territories and communities.

A commitment to community communication
