To be a space for dialogue, coordination and exchange of Indigenous Peoples and local communities of Mesoamerica, strengthening the capacity of community territorial management and political advocacy for the respect of the rights and improvement of the quality of life of its members.

Vision

To be a leader in advocacy and community territorial management in Mesoamerica in the local, national, regional and international scenario for the recognition and full respect of the rights of Indigenous Peoples and local communities.
